Wyndham, William, Lord Grenville (1759 — 1834)

William Wyndham, Lord Grenville, was Pitt's cousin, and later as his Foreign Minister along with Dundas, he carried weight in the Commons, hence Burns's reference to Grenville having 'a secret word or twa' behind the throne, in 'A Fragment' ('When Guilford good').
